Knight must therefore come up with innovative techniques to keep himself in shape and stop obsessing over how long he will have to maintain it. According to him, the key is to remain positive and have fun throughout. "One thing I advise is searching for at-home workouts or routines you can perform in your home or backyard. Don't consider how long you will need to have an interrupted schedule; instead, just accept each day as it comes, advises the speaker.
